Will Fort Bend County flipping back to red in November?

I've noticed that 47,977 voted in the GOP primary sheriff's election while only 37,348 voted in the Democratic election in Fort Bend County, according to Ballotpedia. Plus, the recent news about the indictment of Judge KP George for creating fake racist message in order to help his former chief of staff Taral Patel with his campaign for Commisioner. Patel is also indicted for fake offensive posts on social media as well. Things are not looking good for the Democrats. So the real question is, will Fort Bend County flip back to red this November?

Problem is that's mostly Democrat country via semi wealthy Transplants looking for tranquility but they ruin it once they get there.
