Who does ribs best in San Antonio?

If the topic is Beef ribs, the best I've had in Texas were at Salt Lick in Dripping Springs.
I've not seen beef ribs offered in Luling or Lockhart. I don't remember them at Old Smokehouse either although I really like the chopped sandwich. Does the little cook still wear the funny ballcaps?

Texas Two Step near 1604/Bandera has beef ribs. They aren't the best but its local. Cooper's in NB is where we normally go for beef ribs but my 2 favorites are Salt Lick and Black's.
