My 40th borthday is coming up at the beginning of November. I'm looking for a fun place to rent or go or see for my big day.

Between friends and family, There may be close to 40-50 folks there. Any ideas?

I''m looking for something fun and different. Please feel free to be as creative as you'd like.

What do you like to do besides shoot?

My idea of a perfect 40th Bday would be a 4 day cruise from Galveston to Cozumel with about 6 or 8 friends.

We did one a couple years ago with 12 people and had an absolute blast.

Man their are cabins you can rent on the Frio River. Fun Fun Fun .

The cold Frio River is pretty low right now--no tubing, but still good swimming holes. We are still booking cabins though, just telling everyone there's not much water right now. Sure could use a good flood.

Well, I thiink it's going to end up needing to be local (the Dallas/Fort Worth area) and something that would accomodate 30-50 people potentially.

I was thinking along the lines of renting a cabin sommewhere close, or fun venue/restaurant...I don't know. I may just end up having something at my house.

My family is Scottish, so it would be cool to have a piper come play a few jigs.
