The 18t was terrible but I have a 51t AAC M4-2000 and haven't had any problems(one of the best 5.56 cans in my opinion).

If you're looking for a QD I have the YHM Phantom .30cal & love it, plus it goes up to .300 Win-Mag. I run this can on my 300 blackout SBR build (8.5" barrel) and my .308 with no problems. But if I could do it again I would have gone with the Titanium Phantom, its supposed to be a bit lighter which would be good for my 300blk.

There is a lot of hate for YHM stating they are not good quality, I was one of them but they are very good quality and simple.
