I was going to go out, but our friends aren't messaging back, so I guess I'll have to settle for the Lupe knock off skirt steak fajitas I have marinating..
Missed again. I've been trying to clone that recipe for 20 years. I'm darn close, but we're still missing something.. The upside is, I get to have fajitas whenever I want because even the misses are pretty good.

    Out here by the lake!
This is becoming one of my favorite quick to fix meals. Two hamburgers with fried eggs on top.

And you'll be posting the recipe once you get it dialed in, right?

Hell. I was hoping someone here had it...
We have a slight leg up since my family used to send us "fajitas by mail". They don't do it anymore, but for awhile they would send a skirt steak and the marinade in a separate bag packed in a cooler anywhere by mail.. So we got to see, smell, and taste the marinade. So an easier start point..

Damn,I do not even remember if I ate dinner tonight! Being old can be confusing :roflfunny:. I do remember I had an HB hefe weiss bier and a a few ounces of Irish whiskey too along with a single medjool date. I guess that, unusual as it was for me, was my dinner tonight as I am not at all hungry right now.
