    Out here by the lake!
Thanks @baboon for the idea of beef shanks, I had one for lunch, with carrots and onions and will have another for supper.
Very, tender and beefy tasting piece of meat. Next time I go HEBing I will get several more. $3 something apiece.
I've never had them or even heard of them before.
Do a youtube search for a Thor's Hammer if your into smoking meat. Not hot the bone is cut open on the top end as to get at the bone marrow. I have yet to do one seeing as me & the dog.

I drovevto Palestine to see my old friend Ralph. We went into tow for a few errands then ate at the Queen Street Grill. We both had burger as they lost a cooler with their seafood. The burger was great, and plan on going back.

When I got home I was still pretty full. So I don't Get up in the middle of the night hungry I had 2 oranges half a bag of Chicharrons and an apple with water.
