I'm tired I went shopping for groceries($330.00 saved $80.00) I mixed-up a dry rub for some chuck tenders that I'm going to smoke & got them done. Cleaned & reloaded the Kamado to smoke them tomorrow. I'm currently making a avocado salsa.

Not sure if I want to go get tacos or make sandwich.

Beef, bean and green chili burritos with guac.

Tonight is fried liver and onions, with corn and mashed potatoes, lemonade, and I thawed out a slice of pound cake for dessert.

I spent all day smoking those chuck tenders. A little while ago I put colored bell peppers on for a salad. Phones on the charger or I would have got a picture, maybe later.

All I have had was san of almonds & half a big Hersey Bar & a couple bottles of Top Chico. Funny thing is I aint hungry at all.

I want to finish that salad so it stars marinating + I need to make the bed from washing linens & towels. At least the master bed room is clean, minus mopping it. I really just want to soak my back in a hot tub with Epsom Salts.

Widower life really sucks! At least it's going to rain where I don't need to be out in the yard working.

Today is old standby, air fried chicken and macaroni salad with shrimp, lemonade and a slice of pound cake...

I made a pot of smothered ox tails & short ribs. I should have made a better roux, but the weather is killing me so I doubled up on the pain killers. I'll most likely put it away as its one of those that tastes better after a reheat.
