I had to drive into Palestine to see one of my best friends in the hospital. I left @ 12:30 & thought about a burger at the donut place on 79, to find out they stopped doing lunch. I smell food & seen the Jucy Burger.
Bacon cheese burger onion rings & small drink $17.& change. The forgot the bacon, The tomatoes may have been the worse I ever tasted. The burger was juicy, but had a greasier then 80% taste to me. It lacked seasoning to the point I added salt pepper tobacco & ketchup. The onion rings were cooked perfectly. The batter did not fall off & I could bite through the onion without pulling it out of the batter. They too lacked seasoning & needed ketchup. When you see me doing ketchup to my food know it not because I love ketchup.
The place was way over staffed, having me believe they must have just opened. They staff reminded me of when3 Brother Bakery open a stat of art burger place on Holcombe. One of that places over staffed employee's felt the need to ask me how was it? I asked if e had buy the company uniform, because he was going to look extra stupid in it at unemployment.
As it was Taco Tuesday I stopped for lunch before arriving at DFW. Traveling from gate to gate in ATL there was no time for dinner and after 6 hours of airports and flying it was after 11pm when I reached home.
