Ate out at Texas Roadhouse near my son's place with him and his girlfriend . I had a 14 oz. medium rare ribeye steak, large sweet potato, green beans (ate only a few, they were disgusting) and a buttered roll all washed down with unsweetened iced tea. Nice dinner.

Tonight is an experimental crustless pizzas or pizza casserole. I just finished building it & it took some work.
Browned off a pound of Italian sausage. Removed it from the pan added a big package of mushrooms the red & yellow pepper, whole can small black olives, & artichoke hearts split.

Sprayed dow my pan real good with Pam and started with a thin layer of a Classico pasta sauce & pepperoni. Some good parmesan blend, sausage mozzarella & build it up in layers.

Shame I don't have company as the wife won't eat much & I have a big ass casserole. Now to figure out temperature & cook time.
