I made a red pasta sauce with sausage. I figure I need to eat it early enough that it does give me indigestion. Or the salt level has me drinking & pissing all night.

Went home for lunch today, chopped up onion and bell pepper, saute'd with garlic and meat, added El Pato tomato sauce for a little kick and a package of brown brown gravy mix (too lazy to add flour and beef broth), brought it to a boil, now its resting comfortably in the crockpot on low. Rice is in the rice cooker. Carne Guisada with rice, tortilla's, chips and salsa, its what's for dinner tonight.

Wife didn't use flour on them last night, so I'm skipping using flour on them.

Just going to season them first with some Tony's Cajun seasoning, then air fry them almost done, then coat them with the hot sauce I make, then air fry them for about ten minutes.
