I have been carrying a Taurus PT145 Millennium Pro for a decade and like it, leaving much more expensive stuff in the safe. I've owned several Taurus and have never had any trouble with them. I HAVE had prolems w/ Kimber, Ruger, Walther, etc. As far as I'm concerned, the Taurus is as good as any S&W, Colt, or GLOCK. leVieux

I agree that all makes of guns can have and have had problem. I’m glad that your Taurus guns have served you well.

However, the reason Taurus has such a bad reputation is HOW they handle the problems when they come up. And in some case not handle them at all. Their customer service reputation is Craptacular at best.
