Son just bought a new one a couple of weeks ago ...4X4...the works...nice truck, indeed....

Looking for used and pay cash.....another Tahoe or maybe Suburban.....although I am looking at a Ford Expedition 1 owner with 71k.....haven't made a car payment in over 20 years........

If you leave your truck out at night spot weld the nuts on mounting bolts. I had one disappear...

I was planning on rounding the bolts off with my grinder just for that reason. May try to lock the free spool handle too somehow.

Welded on a newer truck years ago. Disconnected both batteries but lost the alternator shortly after. Maybe, maybe not related but try to avoid it if possible.

Bought an ‘08 last year with 49k miles on it. Drives like a dream. Even has room for all the kids and I don’t have to drive the wife’s minivan to haul the whole clan. Still have my Wranglers when I want something fun to drive.

If you are going to buy a Tacoma I suggest getting a new one. The used ones even with 100k miles still sell for a lot.

I have a 2015 4x4 that I bought new and it has been a tank. 6 speed manual transmission to add a little more gun to it.

Put Rancho RS5000X shocks on the Jeep, replaced the bushings on the seat rollers (they were so far gone I almost had "rocking chairs"), and added some foot pegs for when I go doorless (most of the time).

Considering a 2.5-3" spring replacement for the 2.25" BB I currently have installed. I don't want to go any taller than that but I believe it will smooth out the ride even more if I get the right coils. Looking at options, right now either OME, RE, JKS, Metalcloak, Rusty's, Zone, Savvy or BDS are considerations. Price will be a big determining factor...

Well that's done.

I need to pull the cable and respool it but that can wait.

Need to pick up a snatch block and maybe a receiver shackle too.

Will get a piece of chain to lock it also but someone would have to be very dedicated and prepared to get it out of there.

Nice. I have an '03 that I bought in '06. It's been a great vehicle. Still has pretty low mileage for it's age, around 83,000.
