When the wife says "Honey you want that gun we saw for christmas?" Well it wasn't the Glock I wanted but it was number 2 on my list so it went to the front of the line.
There is also a nice PSA nitride M4 kit under the tree too.
I had a shield and multiple 1st gen autos but that was long ago.Welcome to the promised land of S&W pistols.

I want my shield back.
I was talking the all metal first and 2and gen models from 80s, 90s like 645 and 4506 and the 9mm models. I really miss those. My shield was first gen but I think I'll be replacing it with an EZ. Just gotta sneak it in on layaway somewhere.I still have my 1st Gen Shield. Awesome pistol. The Gen 2 pistols are a really nice upgrade.
My son was issued the M&P as a duty weapon. If I only didn't pick it up when I was out there last month....I know what you mean. I have a Model 59 that I love and would like to have a Gen 3 of that line as well.
The Gen 2 M&P triggers are pretty good. I don't personally see a need for an Apex trigger on mine but I know it's personal preference.
Order a new barrel, or have that one reamed to 10 mm, install heavier recoil spring, and no more stupid little brother.I really should have jumped on the CHP 4006 surplus pistols being sold off even if it was chambered in 10mm's stupid little brother.

If you find some for sale, get me one while you're at it.I might as well just buy a 1006 if that's what I wanted.
