    Gunz are icky.
About a week or so back I picked up a plain vanilla 1911.
Sent the .45 slide to Novak for new sights.
Meanwhile back at the ranch I was finally able to put the Colt .22 Conversion Unit on the frame.
    Here she is.

OK, not technically "today" but the RDO went on today. Looking forward to feeding it a bunch of ammo this weekend. It's a bit of a contradiction, micro-compact full-sized gun LOL. The 21 rd mags that come with it make me think I'll try my next IDPA match with it.. just.. 'cause. As far as the RDO; I'm not sure I'm going to like it enough to drop $400+ on the Romeo-X they designed for it. My LSG had the 407k for $1 less than every online store listed it so they got my money.

I have a few of their optics. A 507C and a 507Comp. Waiting for another 507Comp to get mounted to my latest acquisition (photo may follow). Romeo 1 has a decent window, as does the DDPro, but the 507Comp is almost absurd (in a good way). :D
