A bit dated, but solid rifle. RRA Elite Operator. Has ARMS rear flip up. Needs to be cleaned, lots of silver marks on the finish, but most were disappearing by just rubbing them with my finger. Figure for 500 it would be a good shooter. Came with soft case and 2 Magpul 30 rounders

From Gunbroker I used the “Buy it Now” option to buy this extremely well made .45 acp target styled trigger. The only two things I know about it are the Caspian rear sight and the Colt marked barrel. I’ll know more. When I get it.

Currently I am the “winning bid” for some ammo For it!

I’m slowly but surely recovering from a triple bypass surgery of 1 December and in the middle of October a Prostatectomy (as in surgically remove) to remove a cancerous Prostate. life is good!

Just one small issue that keeps it from being really nice.

right side of the butt stock. Any ideas on if or how the artwork can be removed without destroying the original finish? I'm all ears.

Why you want to do Nadene like that? She's a fine girl as is.....

that may be an option. I'm no expert on Winchester original finish. I'm ok with it being non original finish I just don't want to destroy it removing the "art".
If you want to refinish this works perfectly, it's an oil finish. I'm currently in the process of a semi restoration of 1894. Thought I could do without refinishing but I found a hidden crack in the hand guard so now I have no choice as I'll have to make a repair.

I've already tested this and it works, you can pick it up on e-Bay.

Citristrip will take it off, works good but you will need to refinish.
