    If you were getting set up at you local range. Picked out a shooting station then saw the following what would you think? How'd it get there? Dangerous? I dunno....

    Jacket got ripped off a bullet after the bullet hit a barrier is my guess. I see similar all over the pistol cells at my club when shooting steel.

    Might of hit one of the bullet protectors that cover the clip holding the target. In my case that cover is a piece of 2" angle mounted in vertical 'v' position. Still kinna strange that it would end up at the shooting station. Ceiling is segmented progressive drop to the rear of the range. Backstop is angled. Floors are flat, walls are flat. I was in station #2 adjacent to a wall.
