Either the German-proofed Sig stamped "P225" on the slide (it's Not a P6, it's the rarer "civilian" 225),
or my CZ PCR (75D).
Safety note: If you did a good bit of accumulated Dry-Firing in a CZ-75 variation, but did Not use a snap cap or a tiny O-ring (Harbor Freight etc sells) where the hammer impacts, then check your "Firing Pin Retainer Pin" for stress wear.
The f.p. retainer pin (roll pin in the slide) is really easy to poke put and inspect.
A) And they are easy to change.
B) Keep the slide closed and hammer fully forward - whereby changing these pins is then very easy with a punch and light hammer taps
(you --Don't-- need a vice). A New pin, made of harder metal, is ordered from Cajun Gun Works: costs $5.00. Unbelievers - check Youtube.
If you do a lot of accumulated dry-firing - do you want to risk having your 75's long Firing Pin eventually/possibly Seize Up?
Note - please don't get me wrong: The CZ-75 series consists of excellent quality handguns.
I prefer them to almost every other handgun brand or model. Just watch the Dry-Firing advisories out there.....
This one was taken out of rotation, & is now for sale having come back from the factory repaired.
Due to the price of ammo, I had not fired said weapon much of late. I drew it a while back for a practice drill. The extractor left the premises after the first round. Not very conducive to feelings of warmth and reliability.
