    In the woods...
I don’t know a lot about metal sheeting but I think those are ag panels.

Then again. It looks a lot like the siding on an RV…

    Sorry, I’m no help.

In East Texas there is a metal fabricator in every major town. I bought mine at Metal Max Texarkana, as they beat the pants off the prices in Suffing Springs, and Mt. Pleasant. They can roll out just about any style you can think of. Not sure what part of the country you are in but check out your local or closest fabricator.

Interesting that he's screwing them down in the trough instead of the ridge. Is that a thing? Bet it leaks like a MF
That's the way to do it, material underneath allows the screw a good seal, if put in the ridge there is the possibility of overdriving the screw making a cup in the ridge that prevents a good seal and allows water to puddle at that point.

The funny thing about the photo is that he's starting at the top and working down, don't think it works that way too well.

You’ve got to snug up the screws every 5 years or so.
If they spin you have to use the next fatter screw.
    Frightening to walk on.
First time even though I was tied off I was scared shitless, kept sliding. The next time I hired a roofer and he had a hooked ladder over the peak and was still tied off.
    Never a leak.

I'm convinced that is a wall, here's why:
    - camera facing nearly vertical
    - maybe a promo shot and they didn't want a ladder as clutter
    - cord / string of fasteners hanging near battery
    - left sleeve cuff hanging
    - curvature of left foot shows weight bearing
    - Vaquero's link made me do it :p

    Nah.
He's leaning his weight onto the drill.
Breeze is affecting the hang of his clothing.
    Yes, I assumed his gender.

    Heavy dose of sarcasm dispensed.

It very well could be a sidewall of an A-frame structure.

Why would it leak? Yes it’s a thing, certain manufacturers actually recommend screws to be installed there rather than the ridge. Improper installation and failure of the rubber washers are the only way it will leak.
