We didn't have cranberries on Turkey Day

We actually had them I just didn't open them & put them on the table. I like whole berries in sauce cranberries the best. I have been laying around pretty usless like when I got an idea. I diced up 2 Honey Crisp apples & got them sautéing in butter. I buttered the inside of a rectangular dish layed out the cranberry sauce, dumped the apples on top. I made a shortcake dough & dumped it on top. The shortcakes were a bit under cooked, but I still ate it.

I genererally have a cranberry or flavored cranberry juice in the fridge. Right now it Watermelon & Cranberry goes nice with gin or vodka over crushed ice on a hot day

I’ll smoke Camels when I feel the urge to smoke. Now that the have the Camel crack menthols even more so.

what I like is getting a couple cases of sauce at 50% discount probably next week and using them all year. Make a really tasty smoothie with bananas, powdered milk and a touch of vanilla or just blend with H2O. Have you seen the prices of 'real' cranberry juice?!?!?!!!
