I disliked the like button, but I would be ok with bringing it back if there was a dislike button as well.

Why the dislike button? If the Like was the equivalent of a +1, then do people really give a -1 when they dislike?

So why was the feedback feature disabled? It was there the last time I looked and then I went to post feedback on another successful transaction and it was gone with the exception of "How to post feedback."
