I mounted a vortex sparc solar red dot on a shotgun and it was working fine until I fired a slug round, the recoil must have killed the electronics inside. Mailed it back to vortex and they sent me a new one. Great warrant service but not impressed with the durability though, buddy had a cheapo sig romeo 5 and fired slugs red dot didn't die no problem.
