358 alpo? Is that what the ATF uses to gun down scruffy?I happened on a 25-35 and really like it.
A bit of a PITA to form brass but learned about the necessity of annealing.

@benenglish You loved this? You said you hate (or something along that line) Contenders..22LR and .30 Carbine with a Lobo 3x scope.
I won't say I have any sage advice, but I did get a (small) kick out of the .30 Carbine barrel. It goes along with my .30 Carbine Blackhawk and M1 Carbines.I still hate T/C Contenders for all the reasons I've outlined in the past. But for folks who like them I'm happy to recognize when someone posts sage advice.
I do, its my main hobby. Yes I looked at the 30 herrett Ill probably pick 1 up at some point.Country boy, if you reload you should look into one of the Herrett barrels
They can be loaded mild to wild!
I agree. We all know that a Contender is full auto. Pull the trigger once and every round in the gun goes off!Don't know why this in the Semi Auto section but here we are.
So...... look at my add in the accessories and ammo forum for T/C parts.
It's easy enough to get a mistake like that corrected. You just hit the report button. I'll consider your post as a report. And I'll let the owner know we don't have a single-shot pistol sub-forum.Don't know why this in the Semi Auto section but here we are.

XP-100 ooooooohhh......aaaaaaahhhhI had a Contender in 357 maximum, I was afraid of reloading bottleneck cartridges. Once I got past that I got a Remington XP-100.
There are plenty of orphans out there. Lots of XPs were bought for silhouette shooting but that sport is mostly dead. From those days, many XPs went into closets and have sat there for decades.XP-100 ooooooohhh......aaaaaaahhhh
I want one
