So going thru some d ammo and ran across this. It came from the box of Winchester .45 Colt Cowboy loads. To me it looks like the bullet was seated backwards Curious if others have seen this
Look online for some of the "Bear Loads" that use flat bullets to create more damage. Not sure about this, but I think it was some Buffalo Bore ammo I saw loaded this way.
I have the same question as others: what did the others in the box look like? Could be just a Monday or Friday box.

I got a factory one loaded backwards, once, I don't remember what brand. I removed the bullet to be sure, and then reloaded it, it fired and worked fine!
I had that happen to me on my reloading setup. I've got a progressive loader and it fed one bullet in upside-down and I didn't notice until I finished the batch.
