Old school, being turned into a day care. We came in and made all the lights and receptacles work, add some E and exit lts. Etc..
Get a call 3 days later, one whole wing has no power "you must have missed it". Ya, sure, we missed one whole side..
Go back find this conduit that WAS under the floor. Plumbers have "no idea" how it might have happened..

They REALLY wanted a ceiling fan. But they REALLY didn't want to drill any holes in the concrete ceiling. The longer you look, the worse it gets...
