So….. early tomorrow morning, I am going to put an 9lb turkey breast onto a pellet smoker for 6 to 8 hours. I brined it last night. 300 degrees for 6 hours. An initial patting dry with a good rub of canola oil. Any other advice?
High roller! I was looking at racks in the store for $60.00 I reallt mis the store that couldn't sell them & I buy for $1.99 a pound. The days of 2-3 racks for myself are long gone.No turkey this year; just the two of us so it’s a frenched rack of lamb, scalloped potatoes, and asparagus.
They must not have done it right. I inject the bird, sprinkle the Chachere's, and fry in peanut oil.Tried one fried. It was.........well never letting anyone bring that again.
