We do them for $25 for non-NFA items and $50 for NFA items. We probably receive an average of 2-3 transfers per day. The nice thing about using us (or any other actual storefront) is that we receive daily deliveries and are open six days per week. Before we had the FFL, I used a customer of ours who lives 1/2 mile from our store. It took me 4 days to get my gun from him (when it was convenient for him) after he received it, and UPS had to try to deliver twice because he wasn't home the first time. Good guy, and I understand that he was tired or his wife wasn't feeling well or whatever. But it also shed light on the difference where we now have a proper store front versus people with whom you have to schedule an appointment.
In case someone is not familiar with the process, we will email our FFL/SOT to the sender. They mail the item to us with your contact information on it and their FFL or information. Within an hour of us receiving the gun, it's logged in our system and you get a call or email. It's ready to pick up right then. No storage fees or hidden charges if you cannot get it right away. And of course we also carry other items you might need (cleaning kits, holsters, ammo, cases, reloading supplies, silencers). We'll even stay a little late for you. We don't turn the lock exactly at 6:00, especially if you're on your way but stuck in traffic.
