The whole point of penalizing people without health insurance is to force them into a program they don't want and to siphon a portion of their premiums to insure the indigent.

And when they refuse, the "tax" penalty will still be used to pay for the "sick, lame, and lazy."

    Redistribution by another name!

The interesting thing that will happen, is that some businesses will find it cheaper to pay the penalty than pay the insurance. Then some of you will have no insurance.

Political pressure. Had to take care of those without insurance. Nobody in Congress read it before they passed it. Part of why so many got voted out.

So much crap in there, but some was repealed. For instance, third party credit card companies reporting sales. They added that provision to catch Ebayers who are not reporting their sales. PayPal and other credit card clearing companies will now report how much $ they paid to each person / business.

This one may put many small businesses, out of business. Some will not be able to afford to comply with all the requirements of Obamacare, and will be unable to increase their prices to make up the difference.

Anyone who voted for it should be voted out this fall.
