    What with all the flooding going on, just a reminder to keep a healthy stock of food, water and sundries in the house.

    Also, to check the dates of any stock you have on hand.

    Yep. It's funny when I hear folks make jabs about my prepping (which is light compared to most) because they assume I'm doing it because I think an EMP may hit at any minute. Yes, an EMP or any other crazy event could happen, like several feet of rain in a short timespan in an area that is completely unable to handle such rain fall. Seems like a good reason to have some supplies on hand, too :)

    I think I'll haul some of my preps to my neighbors in Wimberley tomorrow. Not only are they good for ourselves, but our neighbors need them in times like these too. To the church of course, they don't need more fat heads getting in the way.
