The lawyer explains how the Bruen decision affected several cases on magazine, assault weapons bans, red flag laws that were pending with SCOTUS. In short they were sent back to lower courts to get their previous decisions corrected in light of Bruen opinion.

Might the citizens of those affected states (CA, NY, NJ, etc) get their 2A rights restored sooner than later from the court rulings? The politicians won't let them.

Exactly as I expected. And the sad recourse is, people are going to have to file lawsuits in order to fight these unconstitutional laws in order to exercise their rights.

Everyone that is responsible for passing or enforcing any law that violates the SCOTUS ruling, should be arrested and prosecuted to the full exent of the law.
