Anyone out there interested in getting in decent condition?
It appears that I have succumb to "successful life disease" over the last 5 or 6 years.
I used to be spend time outdoors, rolled jiu-jitsu 2x a week, and was just generally more active.
Now I'm 40 pounds overweight.
I'm committing to 2x a week workout program at OP Schnabel Park.
Truth be told I hate working out but having a consistent partner/group makes it easier. Everything I am doing is going to be around losing weight. A little building strength but think running laps more than lifting weights. After a bit maybe some tire pulling/pushing and some simple rope work.
