San Angelo Texas TLC instruction

Hey guys. Does anyone know a good instructor in San Angel, Texas where my dad and sister can take their LTC course? My sister just moved down from Maine and has her LTC from there. She has yet to establish her six month residency but I will make sure she understands.

Looking for someone to provide good instruction.
