Long story short and per AT&T's recommendation, I recently updated the OS. I can no longer locate the OS version following the update so don't even ask.

More importantly, I can't find the toggle to turn OFF auto-correct spelling. Can someone offer help?

Find your keyboard settings. I believe it is there. I had the same issue when my system updated (Verizon). My phone still has some issues that are screwy.

I will look again and update.

Yes, settings > language and input > Samsung keyboard settings icon > auto replace = turn off.

Should be good to go (as far as that issue is concerned).

The option to turn the keyboard clicking noise off is in there also, not in sounds like you would think. I hate that clicking.
