SA lunch meetups

I just noticed in the Austin thread they've set up lunch meets every Friday. Would any SA folks be interested in this? I work downtown, so I could meet almost anywhere in SA. Throw out some ideas if you're interested.

I would be interested, but it all depends on when for me i.e during the week or weekends. I'll let you guys figure all that out, it would be easier to see what you guys come up with and try to fit myself in. Good idea.

Probably can't make lunch, I am either traveling or when I'm here, I work through it (I bring stuff to work to eat).

However, we usually have breakfast before gun shows at least once a month, sometimes twice.

You don't have to be going to the show to join us!

That's true, but I live outside town and I've got two young'uns, so Saturday and Sunday mornings aren't the best for me.

Are we planning on meeting up this Friday or is this still just a general question? I'd be able to do just about anywhere as well, but I am on the NE side near Live Oak and havent lived here that long so I'm primarily familiar with places in this side of town. Definitely recommend a place that is CHL friendly.

Las Palapas and a Thai place with good reviews at I10 and Callaghan. I'd be up for Thai.
