Buy a gun you want at a great price and meet a long time TGT member are pretty good reasons for a weekend road trip. Maybe go to Palo Duro for the rest of the weekend.

Never understood why “ it’s too far away” was a deal breaker for people. I mean, I get if you live in Orange and the seller is in El Paso, but a 4-5 hour drive for something you really want? Piece of cake. And there is probably something cool to do in the general vicinity that you can scratch off your “Texas To Do” list as well.
