Well your like 200% ahead of me. I don't even have a reloading bench in mind yet, no place to put one right now. I'm trying to get my shop reorganized to make room for reloading equipment and accessories.
I'll try and get a pic of mine up later but just a little tidbit here.
When building your new bench, check around at Home Depot, Lowe's and local cabinet makers for damaged cabinets and counter tops.
They can have some awesome deals on this stuff.
They may have nicks scratches or maybe a miss-matched panel and they will sell them cheap.
My current bench is an old Craftsman work bench and for the cabinet storage I picked up two new but damaged maple cabinets the hinge area was messed up on. I cut them down so they would not be to deep.
I paid $20.00 a cabinet.
They had scared counter top for .75 a foot. Very nice laminate.
My next set up after I make more room will be a full blown maple setup with granite top. Damaged granite top is pretty cheap.
Anyway just wanted to share some cheap ways to get a real nice bench.
