300 eggs per year for just under two years. I don't have much room to expand honestly. Just want 12 quail eggs a day for now. I'm saving for a new house with more land to expand the rabbit and quail operation, add pygmy goats and plant a larger garden in under 3 years from now.

This is more of a preparation lab\learning until I can upgrade from this pico ranch and get that mini ranch (3 -10 acres).

Dang! 1 egg per day is a lot of eggs. I think your going to need more room pretty fast.
If quail eggs are as good as chicken eggs, your going to be set up pretty good.
I never had any scrambled quail eggs, but im game,.

First Egg! But still fighting flies.

I'll be culling 8 of the 10 males Friday leaving me with 10 females and 2 males.

I also just got my second bag of #50 feed last week so from day olds to 8 weeks was $17.00 + Tax for Purina Startina Wild Game Bird Feed plus about 5 lbs from the new bag. They're going though more feed\day now of course per bird but I'll be cutting the flock almost in half removing the males.

Still averaging 8 eggs a day even with this heat.

Dropped an egg and cracked it a bit. Decided it was time for a snack anyway.

Quail egg easy over with cheese on top resting on a whole wheat cracker seasoned with a bit of Tony's.
