Rainy Day Pork Shoulder

I just put one of the Aldi pork shoulders in the crockpot. I'll cook it until the internal temp gets to about 205 and pull it. They are soooo good! These things usually run around 3 pounds and are perfect for two people to have a good meal with some leftovers.

I got some of their flavored chicken thighs not long ago and they were delicious.
Will try the shoulder next time I see them.

Internal temp is at 205 degrees, this baby is ready!

Pulls apart so easy and no waste.

Added a little more BBQ sauce and a little slaw on the side. Yum, yum, this turned out great!
