    Just picked these up, both have wood furniture and are in great shape. Not sure if I'm gonna mod the SKS or leave it. There are a ton of goodies for them, awful tempting.

    leave the sks original as possible one day these guns will be very expensive i can already tell my dad bought his for 60 bucks in the 80's i bought mine for 175 like 4 years ago and now ive seen them go for as much as 500.
    you can find one with a beat to hell stock and alot of fading blueing to fix up

    That looks like a chicom sks unless its a rare yugo without the grenade launcher installed?

    I paid $175 for my yugo back 4 years ago at heritage.
