Just added a wound closure thing to mine.

You stick it to the skin, then pull the strips together and it closes the wound with no sutures.

I could have used one of those when I was a young 20 something. Lacerated the back of my calf by stepping through a rusted out 55 gallon drum buried in the sand dunes on Crystal Beach. It was a clean cut ironically, and only through the skin but it opened about a half inch by 2 inches.
