I lived in memphis before moving to Texas and found it of no benefit to open carry there.
A continual awareness of my surroundings prevented any issues.

Cops must be pulling doubles right now. I’ve seen them cruising the local areas more today than I recall seeing in a very long time. HPD, Constables, Sheriffs deputies.
