Ditto, one of your parents has to be a US Citizen or you've got to go through the long formal process.

And shipping them to the other side of the world gave us a good laugh, but I for one am very serious about loading them onto a military controlled prison barge, and shipping them to the southernmost port of their country of origin (9 times out of 10, that will probably be Mexico)!
I think we should deal with these people as harshly as possible. No more free rides back and forth to the nearest freakin' border!

Do agree they are a real and serious threat to the US that is not being taken seriously by the government (local/state or country). Would modify your barge idea a bit. I suggest that we just use contracted barges, (built and crewed by the lowest bidder) with a dollar amount paid to the contractor on delivery at the target location. (would incentify him/her to ensure they all arrive, as well as to stuff as many in as possible to maximize his profits) That would allow some of our Military Personnel to spend time at that far off port, enjoying time on land while someone else tows the crap to them to count off the barge. No possible arguments that the government is responsible for their safety and well being, they were turned over to a private company for disposal as contracted.

Lock them up, make them do manual labor like in Sheriff Joes work camp in Cali. Make them farm for food and clean our state. If they refuse than more charges added. They came here for work than let em work lol.When they have payed for their crime, our cost of getting them back home, and paying for their room and board. They get shipped back, 3 times and its a felony.. life in work camp prison or going home.. which one would you choose? I always hear "dont mess with texas" well it feels like they are only saying it to texans.. the state of texas vs. (You). How about a program where an illegal who is caught on a job site immediately costs the company or individual they work for 1 years wage for a Legal worker. The cost of food/shelter for the couple days the illegal is being held awaiting the bus to the border, also charged to the company. Any money found on the illegal or property obtained by them confiscated as illegal gains from illegal activity and sold at auction. (the un registered/un insured car).

Interesting idea but it would probably have as much chance of being enforced as an already existing law against employers hiring illegal aliens. That's TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part VIII > § 1324a. Unlawful employment of aliens

Here's a thought....

I used to travel a lot outside of the US for SCUBA diving. When you are in CUSTOMS, you aren't in country "A" or country "B", you are in customs. Those suckers can do just about anything they want to do as long as the illegals are in customs lockdown.

A guy I knew found that out the hard way. He started jacking with a customs agent and found his butt in deep do-do. He couldn't come in country and he couldn't go back. He was literally without a country! Illegals should be held in customs lockdown. Then we could use them as power for our TGT Viking warship to attack Somali pirates! There are so many illegals we could use to power that boat, we could water ski behind it!
