Yes, I'm sure that's what the cop was thinking of...a little-known gimmick product that was produced for all of 3 years, never caught on and was never produced in quantity, and is incapable of firing while folded.
BTW, that's not a picture of both sides of it, that's an "Ideal Conceal" pistol with a real cellphone. There was no screen, and both sides looked almost identical with the seam lines and pivot pin. One side had a release lever to tip the double barrels up for loading.
