Number one question, how do we stop fascism?

Locally.

Get involved in some facet of local politics (elections, school boards, city council) & if enough people do, rules and mandates from "on high" don't matter. Once your elections are cleaned up, #1 priority is having a constitutional sheriff (most powerful person in the county, higher than any federal "authority"). #2 is probably the district attorney.

That's where step 2 comes in - primary the useless incumbents. That's the hard part - the RNC pours resources into the campaigns of their preferred do-nothings, and shuts out challengers. This is why not missing the primaries is vital.
