Pretty much definition of brandishing.
I think if someone breaks an iron gate to gain unlawful entry to land I jointly own with my neighbors (the private street), then that comes pretty close to a threat. It also looked to me like some of the protestors were on his lawn and only moved back to the street when the guns came out; a firearm is basic and justifiable equipment to carry when meeting trespassers. Finally, if any of the reported statements of the protestors about taking over the house are true, those definitely count as threats.Did the large crowd threaten them in any way?
I don't think telling trespassers to "get the F**k off my lawn" would be considered a deadly threat, but a warning if you were holding a firearm while saying it!Brandishing is showing a weapon (legal in Texas), what they did was threaten deadly force (not legal in Texas).
Supposedly they only took the two weapons they were holding.
I'm banking on them having more, at least I hope so.
By the way they were handling those firearms that I saw in the video,I doubt either one of them have ever fired a firearm in their life. Both of them need to go through a firearms safety course, and should go through some form of firearms training before they get their weapon's back.
I'm totally against them having the weapons confiscated for legally defending their property/lives,but both of them showed just how little they know about handling a firearm, and they did it all in front of the public.
The Missouri Attorney general needs to bring abusive powers charges against the DA and the Judge that ordered the illegal confiscation of law abiding citizen's 2nd Amendment right to bear arms. They were 100% legal under the Castle Doctrine law in defending their property, even if they don't know how to handle their firearms correctly.

You have the right to point a gun at someone, especially when they just busted down your gate and are in your yard threatening you.no but pointing a gun at some one is.
You point a gun at someone, you risk being legally shot and killed

I have to respectfully disagree. If You are standing in my yard, trespassing, it's very likely there may be a gun pointed at you.
I won't ask someone to leave more than once.
you may want contact an attorney for legal advice on that, or you can hire him to defend you after you have been arrested, like these two democratic anti gun assholes. Hope they get convicted!
Under what conditions do you consider pulling a gun on a person reasonable?
Do you consider someone trespassing, and threatening you, viable reasons to pulling a gun on person?
If someone was trespassing, on your property, and threatening you with death or bodily harm, what would you do?
My wife asked me what sort of knucklehead would prosecute those homeowners? She did a little search and came up with someone who looks like Stacy Abrams sister.
