    Not allowed. But I could tell you some stories. A "crazy" can talk all they want about most anything. But make a physical threat... you'll get some attention really quick.
    By the direaction of the Chief Security Officer, I'll find out the number (even if someone tries to block caller ID because there is a constant "Trap & Trace" on the incoming lines), call the provider, and find out who you are. I'll even find out what cell tower and sector the call was made from. Then GPS tracing will be set up to find that cell phone if the threat is considered high enough.
    But I don't do that anymore. I quit that place and went back to working for a for-profit company.
