This thing has been making the rounds of forums for a couple of months now. The guy was exercising his rights to carry and got singled out. It has been long known that Philly does this. Hope he sues and gets Philly PD to change how they enforce the laws.

Agreed, the officer was wrong. But arguing with a cop that has the draw on you when he knows you're armed but doesn't know you're legal is dumber than dog shit.
