From watching the group, it seems like he has backed off from wearing that at meets because it puts the group in a bad light even to people on their side.

Hear! Hear!I guess I would think if they immigrated here and became a citizen they are now an American. I don't care for hyphenated national descriptors. If I moved to Germany I would still be an American. If I became a citizen of that nation I would then be a German, not an American. Kinda simple.
I support them.
IMO the Alamo is a fantastic place to hold a 2nd Amendment event.
Bet you a case of 22lr the Anti Mom demonstration down the street gets a lot more positive exposure on Media.
I do hope the rally goes well.
Fewer than 20 people at the anti-gun rally. Ya gotta love it.
Well, looks like tights guy made it but at least he wasn't at the center of attention this time. I wish I could have made this meet. It looks like it was a good one.
It was excellent- one of the best times I've had in a long time. I can't believe some people chose to watch football instead of be there; they really missed out on a very rare opportunity.
Haha ... well played. When your plans revolve around what's on TV instead of life .............
Watching grown men play a child's ball game > defending rights.

I love this. I hate sports. I mean, if you said, hey, let's go play basketball or arrange a softball game I'd be all for it. But to sit in front of the TV hours a week, getting emotionally involved with a bunch of egomaniacs moving a ball around?
Now, UFC, I can watch. It's what football players would do if you took their ball away.
Anyways, regarding these open carry events, I don't know what to make of them. I'm not against them and there is something to be said about us exercising our rights more publicly so it does indeed appear normal and not fringe.
