Recently used the Christmas giftcard from Academy to pickup a Browning Buckmark Camper in stainless. Wanted to buy something for cheap shooting. I was pretty sure it wouldn't matter whether I bought a little Ruger Mark whatever or a Buckmark - that I would like either of them. Saw the stainless Buckmark for $270, so I went with it (it was apparently marked wrong - it was supposed to be $299, but they sold it as marked).

I figured it would be fun, but whhhooooaaaa, what a blast. Not sure I could enjoy a little 22 better than this. No recoil. Pretty darn accurate. The molded grip with finger grooves fits me like a glove. Trigger is sweet! Cheap as can be so just keep plinking. A lot more fun than I expected!!

    Highly recommended!

My Ruger MkIII is fun as well. Remove the magazine safety disconnect to really sweeten up the trigger on the Buckmark, it drags on the trigger bar.

Congratz. For a cheap 22, you really can't go wrong with a ruger or a browning.

(PS Mate, wheres yours? I think you missed a link)

I can't imagine it being nicer, but I'll have to try that Kurt. Thanks for the idea.

Matefrio - not sure if it's me, but I don't see your pic and I never have a problem with this.
