This has been proposed before. If it passes it will make a great Supreme Court case- they'll finally have to make a ruling on specific regulations being Constitutional or not.

It's amazing that the Gov't is keeping a secret list with like 300,000 names on it and nobody has a clue what criteria they are using to construct the list.

If they think these people are truly a threat, then by all means arrest them and let them fight it in court.

{sigh} There was a time, children, when the government had to follow this document called the Constitution ........

There are quite a few of us here that meet certain criteria of being potential domestic terrorists, no matter how ridiculous it may be. Taking firearm training classes like carbine courses = you're training to "fight the government". Not taking training classes = you're just an irresponsible gun owner and not "trained like the police" LOL. Knowing and talking about the Constitution and/or civil rights = You're a well educated terrorist. Stocking up on supplies and storable food because it's a good idea to be prepared for tough times = Your a terrorist that's in it for the long haul. Overall not happily sucking down the daily bullshit fed to you by the media and government = Yep, terrorist. I think the real question is, who isn't on the terrorist watch list?

You want to know the funny recurrent theme with all this? The thing that concerns these people and agencies the most is those that are well educated and understand their rights.
