Nice job. Wife and I did that job once on a sailboat moored on a lake in Idaho, named "Lone Star" in homage to the home state. It's still for sale, if anyone wants to sail the jewel of the panhandle all summer long...Only took 36+ years to complete a MHD degree (Master of Honeydo).
